Why fundraise for BrainWaves?

Take on Run South London and turn every mile into a meaningful step towards better mental health for young people!

By choosing BrainWaves as your charity, your fundraising will support groundbreaking research into adolescent mental health and wellbeing, helping scientists and schools better understand the challenges young people face and turn that knowledge into practical, evidence-based support for the classroom. BrainWaves brings together research, education and young people to create lasting change, with its work helping to improve prevention, education and treatment for future generations.

We would be incredibly privileged if you chose to take on this challenge for BrainWaves. Every pound you raise will help us continue our work to better understand and support young people’s mental health, turning research into real-world impact. By choosing to fundraise for BrainWaves, you’ll be helping to support vital research, empower young people with better knowledge and understanding of their mental wellbeing, and contribute to a future where every young person has the opportunity to thrive.

Thank you for choosing to make every mile count with BrainWaves!
