Ginny Kearns is a Senior Manager within the Development team at BrainWaves. She is a fundraising specialist with extensive experience across major donors, special events, corporate partnerships, and individual and community fundraising. She works to build strong relationships and clear, effective strategies to generate sustainable income and lasting impact. She is particularly skilled at leading special projects, bringing together people, purpose, and opportunity to achieve meaningful results.

Ginny has over 20 years of experience in Development and has held senior management roles at Save the Children, Special Olympics GB, and ARK. In addition to her role at BrainWaves, she is Head of Development at English National Ballet School.
