Lauren Walters has over 12 years’ experience in administration, including nine years at Swansea University, with more than five years specialising in project administration. She has over five years of experience supporting two STEMM projects within Swansea University. Lauren also brings 11 years of customer service experience, alongside three years of experience in social media management and content writing. She holds an MA in English.
