Naomi French has extensive experience in education and currently serves as Research Partner Programme Manager at BrainWaves. Her work focuses on supporting schools and colleges within BrainWaves, with a particular interest in effectively connecting educators with research and researchers.

In this role, she builds on her previous experience in leadership roles in schools, where she had oversight of wellbeing-related areas including SMSC, parental engagement, PSHE and RSE.

Contribution to BrainWaves
Naomi leads the Research Partner programme and team at BrainWaves, ensuring that students’, schools’ and colleges’ needs and research insights are translated into meaningful resources for educators, students, and wider audiences. She contributes to policy and strategy, training development and delivery, youth voice groups, curriculum and colleague development programmes, and leads the recruitment and induction of new Research Partners.
