Philanthropic and strategic leader in mental health, education, and children’s welfare

Paulo Eapen is Managing Partner of Haven Grove Holdings, a private investment office focused on long-term capital partnerships, foundational philanthropy, and generational values. Haven Grove’s philanthropic work prioritises children’s welfare, mental health, and education, combining long-term funding with active strategic support.

Previously, Paulo was a senior partner at Blackstone, where he played a foundational role in building Blackstone Credit and served on the firm’s Management and Investment Committees. He retired from Blackstone in 2023 to focus on Haven Grove.
He serves on multiple boards across philanthropy, education, and the arts, including Ubuntu Pathways and the British Asian Trust.
