On Wednesday June 16th 2027, education leaders and adolescent mental wellbeing professionals will join academics and policy makers for the annual BrainWaves Living Well conference. Feedback from our 2026 event was hugely positive as a highly collaborative audience discussed evidence-based strategies around belonging, anxiety, sport and self-harm as well as data from leading studies across the UK.
 
In 2027, you will be able to hear from leading experts and explore the latest research on the issues facing young people today, with relevant insights and practical ideas you can take back to your team.

AT THE 2027 CONFERENCE

We’re inviting researchers and academics to submit their work for consideration for our 2027 Poster Exhibition!
 
This is an opportunity to showcase your latest research on adolescent mental wellbeing, share your findings with a diverse audience of education and research professionals, and discuss the implications of your work directly with conference delegates. We particularly welcome research on adolescent school-based mental health interventions and programmes.
 
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION

The deadline for submitting a poster is 31st January 2027 and selected posters will be notified by 12th February 2027. All Early Career Researchers submitting a poster will be offered a discounted ticket price of £60.
